heart foundation video
regular exercise can keep your heart healthy
exercise is good for you like running, walking, biking and playing
your heart gets bigger and stronger with good exercise.
I participate in volleyball walking round the school alot. At home I ride my bike.
I would tell them to join a team with a friend.

ph scales and experiment
ph is a scale of acidity from 0 to 14 with 7 being netural.
ph scale acidic: 0-battery
1- stomach acid
2- lemon
3- vinegar
4- tomato
7 netural-water
base:
13-bleach.
equipment: red cabbage
knife
bunsen burner
beaker
water
steps
1. cut the cabbage into small pieces.
2. place the cabbage in the beaker and fill it with 50 ml of water.
3. once the cabbage is boiled leave it to cool down.
4. once the cabbage is cooled remove the cabbage leaves and use red water as an indicator.

sherbet experiment and baking soda
sherbert ingredients
1. sugar
2. baking soda
3, raro crystals
4. citric acid
5. tartaric acid.
baking soda uses:
heartburn
mouthwash
Whiten my teeth
deodorant
Itchy skin and bug bites
Fridge smells-put baking soda in fridge
7 . baking
steps.
1. add the baking soda , sugar and cirtric acid together in a bowl.
2. add the raro crystrals and tartaric acid together.
3. add all ingredients together and place in a plastic bag.
4. mix it well together and eat it. yum.
recipe
1 teaspoon of powdered drink crystals (eg Raro)
1/4 teaspoon of citric acid
1 teaspoon of Icing Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda.

cooking
in the kitchen we made cheese on toast. we had to grate the cheese and put it on the toast. the toast went in the oven. i put my cheese on toast in my lunch box. it taste good.

https://youtu.be/rFZte2RlqaQ- milk, juice, coke, water, beer were drinks that he tried to drink to cool him down. blue milk has fat in it and helps cool you down.

conclusion: milk is the best thing to cool you down when you have chilli. milk is cold and has fat in it so it helps.
